This place is great. It's a Panera. Don't expect much more, but this is still a great location. It's separated enough from the road that you can sit outside and enjoy it, and the inside is very cozy with a lot of seating space. The WiFi is fast and free and there is a generous and understandable time limit during peak hours at the store. It's efficient. I've never gotten an incorrect order or had an employee be rude to me here, and I've worked across the street at the Kroger for about 3 years. I come over here for lunch or breakfast and I've always been very satisfied.
I've been coming to this location for a while and I've never had a bad experience. My food is always exactly how I ask. They staff is very polite. The food is amazing! My favorite this here is the Ancient Grain salad that comes in the fall.
For some reason I wasn't told my total on my last visit. It was a little higher than I expected.
Wonderful food with great heathy and comfortable options. Good for a quick bite if you have a vegan or vegetarian diet and like good service.
I visit this Panera when I feel like taking a risk. Will they steal my cheese pastries? Will they even have pastries available? I kid you not, if you order a cheese pastry online, they will snatch it for themselves. I have once camped within the constraints of said Panera while I ordered my cheese pastry online. Suprise, suprise, they never brought it out.
Only one thing I would change... The male bathroom is VERY cramped, and honestly awkward... Go to the urinal, you'll understand.
Love this Panera. Very fast, friendly staff, and great food! We come here at least once every visit to Kentucky, and have never had any issues with this location. It's one of the things we look forward to from the moment we leave Texas.
That's my only complaint. That's it.
