( I heard him give the same pitch to the guy right across from me)
You can shop where you want but after driving the area, my opinion is they are a predator dealership and they sale rainbows and butterfly’s and when you drive off the lot you are stuck with a Nasty Mess ( car payment or bad car)
Please note after reading the reviews they are famous for running your credit that is for sure.
My husband and I have visited this facility twice, 2015 and 2017. Both times we called ahead to check and see if the vehicle in the ad was there. Both times we were told yes please come in. Both times we ended up sitting for a very LONG time while they "look" for the vehicle. Both times they end up bringing us a completely different and more expensive vehicle and pretend it was a "mistake". "Oh, by the way the vehicle isnt ready to be shown to you, but please look at this more expensive model instead."
When I looked at it I realized he was trying to jerk us around and began to talk negative equity. Then said I can put you in a new car and we can roll all your negative equity up in the rebates all you have to do is find one.
Went to look at car that we had researched vigorously. They were the lowest around by thousands! When we sit down with the (Sales Manager) he told me he would just look at my credit score and not send it to a bank. He said it would have no negative effect on my credit or would it show. ( 24 hours later I get a credit monitoring alert that they ran it through three bureaus).
He came back with a deal sheet. He was wanting me to buy a 21 thousand dollar used car.

I found a vehicle of interest online. I posted an inquiry. Within 24 hours, a woman called me. She was friendly, detailed, helpful, and not pushy. Good first impression contact. She set me up an appointment to come in and texted me the details, address, etc. When I arrived, I was politely greeted in the parking lot by a young man who took me inside and offered me a seat and drink while he went to get the salesperson I was to see. My appointment contact person wasn’t available (only negative mark), but Travis stepped in and did a great job. I later found out he was mentoring the young man who greeted me as it was his first day. That same greeter (sorry, forgot his name) took me to see the car and drive it. I told them everything I needed upfront. They made it all work as they should, but the service was more than that. Travis and Phil took the time to answer ALL my questions although I was there well past closing. They’ll have all paperwork waiting for my husband to sign today as he wasn’t with me last night; yet, I never once felt uncomfortable, talked down to, or pressured. They handle everything in house, and it was the easiest vehicle purchase we’ve ever made. They were TRANSPARENT about everything. No surprises when I went to sign. It was a fabulous deal, price, and service. Looking forward to many years with this vehicle, but if I am ever in the need for another, I would certainly return. I’d highly recommend this dealership! Thank you all for a great experience!

I bought my first car from Big M and my experience with them has been stellar from beginning to end, great customer service, never felt like I was getting cheated or taken for a ride. The saleswoman Lauren who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Customer service rep Angie was very helpful as well and did me a favor by letting me come pick up my license plate at the dealership a few days after I bought my car, since I was going out of town the next weekend and they put it on the car for me! Just a great experience overall and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. (Plus you get free oil changes for the life of your car, can't beat that!)
They may be the cheapest but they are truly one of the stickiest dealerships I have ever seen.
Coincidence??? I think not. The staff is polite, BUT save yourself the wasted time from bait and switch. Nice try, Big M, but never again.
We went in yesterday asking about a car we saw on their website. Before we even saw a car they were running our credit even though we told them we want to pay cash. They were demanding that we finance the car. We told them we didn't wasn't to do that. My husband was in a car wreck so we just wanted to pay so we didn't have a payment. We were told to GET OUT they didn't want to sale us a car. Could not believe what I was hearing. Went to Kia and got a car. Should have gone there in the first place. Have gotten 4 cars from them over the last 15 years and it's great every time!!
