Terrible customer service. I went for an oil change and someone else who pulled into the parking infront of the store started talking to the employees after I pulled up to the availble service lane. I was told to go to the lane where they were servicing another car and they'd get to me when they finished. I moved over long enough to call around and find another place to get my oil changed and left. I refuse to ever go to another penzoil after being penalized for doing the correct thing because someone else did it wrong.
Great service and friendly only issue I had they didn't have my oil filter in stock so I went to the parts store bought the filter and came back for them to change my oil.
