They were nice and got me back fast, but I waited 2 hours for a check up and x-rays. Why? Because they were on "lunch", even though 5 people came and left after I got there, 2 people got fillings, someone got a root canal and 2 people got cleanings. Yet I was left in the chair after x-rays from 10:20am until 12. I'll go to Lexington next time.
My experience was very good. I had quite a bit of work done and they were as gentle as possible. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY

Yeah they are friendly ... My teeth felt worse after visiting there. After they have me a root canal...fillings.. It was horrible. So I went to a new dentist two days later ... New dentist did x-rays...I had infection... Infection so bad it was getting into my jaw bone . did dowlen tell me I had infection ? I would not recommend them to my worse enemy
