Never had a problem

I purchased a couch from them and they said it would be cleaned before pick up. I believe them so i didn't look inside the couch to see. I kept having allergic reaction to something and couldn't figure it out, so i looked inside the couch and it was covered in dog hair. i am allergic to dogs, so i call the store and get hung up on once. i call back and the GM Michael kept questioning me like I was lying after I told him to come pick it up. I told him if he didn't pick it up I'd put it outside because I can't have it in my house. He told me not to threaten him or he would never pick it up, finally he agrees to pick it up the next day at noon. I waited and no one showed so i call and get the run around. The couch is still in my house because they refuse to come get it. I'm not sure what to do with the couch but after I cleaned it out there is still hair in places my vacuum wont reach. I will never go back to Aaron's and will make sure no one I know goes there either. The are crooks and have a very disrespectful GM. The problem starts with the GM and I can't imagine how the other employees are.
