I took my 5 and 2 year old boys here for simple haircuts, and the looks I got from the stylists when we walked thru the door made it clear they weren't excited to have such young patrons. The stylist who did my 2 year old's hair asked if I wanted a scissor cut or a clipper cut. I asked her to use scissors, and she responded frustratedly, "Well, can he sit still for that?" Fortunately, he was good, and she completed his cut. The stylist who did my 5 year old's hair was actually the friendliest one and treated him sweetly, until the end of the cut when she accidentally dropped something on the floor and he giggled. Pretending to be offended, she said loudly, "Jesus Christ, are you laughing at me?!?" That is not language I want my son to hear, and she never apologized or indicated that she knew that wasn't kid-appropriate talk. We won't be going back.
This is the only place I get my hair cut. I've had bad experiences in other places. The stylists here will make conversation with you if you feel like talking, or leave you alone if you don't. They do their job and they do it well and they do it fast. Especially with the new online check in, I've had an entire haircut and been up and paid for and out in about 15 minutes.
It does kind of feel like I'm talking to someone different every single time I go in to get my hair cut though.
Went in there with a simple haircut instruction. I tell the lady keep the bangs for a scissor cut because my hair looks awful flush straight. proceeds to ask me again to make sure I want to keep my bangs I say yes for a scissor cut so it can be longer, the very next thing she does is take a razor right through my bangs, the whole time she wasn't paying attention and she kept asking things as if she's never given a simple haircut, great clips especially in Brannon will never have my business again
I was quite disappointed in their customer service skills. It was almost as if i was bothering them when i walked in.
