This place is great for finding a great deal. Recently, I purchased several personal electronics items that met my desire for top notch quality at a phenomenal price. Later, I returned a pair of wireless headphones, for a pair that better suited my audio recording needs. They gladly allowed the exchange without hassle. Plus, they seem always willing to negotiate.

Terrible customer service. Was lied to on jewelry. Bought it there and compared prices at the Castle and was pretty much told that the ring was worth 1/3 of what I paid. Lady working there has no knowledge about their policies. Old man working there is rude. If you notice, half of the reviews on Google are family members of the owners. I'll never give them my service again.
