I was not the only customer that had to wait a long time to get their food.
Just be sure to check that your order is right before leaving. I have had this issue more than once.
Been in the drive thru for 21 minutea and havent ordered its friday night at 1230 what is wrong with these people.
Ordered my food at 7:02 PM and it took 18 min to get 1 steak chalupa.. I wanted iced tea to drink and the store was completely out of iced tea..

Pretty typical taco bell quality, but tend to not get order correct. Will have random items thrown in sometimes or will have wrong items. Soft drinks don't always taste great. Food quality and quantity is fine though.
The food is always good. Service could be better. Mostly due to lack of employees and experience. And the fact that it's always busy.
