The customer service reps in the office were less than helpful - or even considerate. Our house has been without water for 48 hours longer than it should have been due to Roto rooters terrible customer service and lack of internal communication.
Our house was without water after our water heater died. Within the first day of contacting Roto rooter, they sent out a technician (who was very punctual and kind) who gave us a fair bid. He was able to come out next day. The bid went to him. When the tech missed the service window, my husband called the office to learn that roto rooter doesn't actually do the installation they gave us a bid for. And no one called to tell us that. Were they just going to let us wonder where they were????
