Although history has shown the West Jessamine is better, East Jessamine has risen to the top of Kentucky's best middle schools. The first School in Jessamine county to be invited to KYA. along with great sports and clubs. It is the only school in Kentucky to have a JROTC program, and is staffed with young smart, and caring teachers. There are things wrong with this school, but no more then any other Big middle school in Kentucky. I have loved going to this middle school and some of my best friends are here. I will always remember EJMS from Nicholasville KY.
