Great service! I ordered online without an issue. I called the store to finalize some details, they were super helpful and friendly. I was a bit worried as I am in Texas and needed my arrangement sent to a hospital in Lexington. It arrived as ordered and was reported to be beautiful and delicious.
The box I ordered for my boyfriend was a 12 count chocolate covered pineapple box. The pineapple was not edible. I called to let them know and was not offered an apology or even a 'thanks for letting us know' but was offered a replacement product to be delivered that day. That was not what I wanted but agreed hoping that the next box of pineapple would be better. They delivered a box of other fruit covered in chocolate none of which was pineapple which is what I originally ordered and specified when calling with my complaints. The other fruit that I received had bananas that were black upon biting into them. I will never order from them again.
