I'm in the military and I always use this place to send flowers to my Mom. The service is excellent and my Mom is always excited.
Horrible customer service just called to check on A flower order I had for my mothers birthday scheduled to be delivered today. Woman who answered the phone did not greet me with her name nor nothing stated that there was no order made for them that he probably was a mistake I made online that went through Google I asked her to please check and see if there was an order for my mother and she did and she found it and stated that it was to be delivered December 2. My boyfriend sat right beside me as I made this order and watch me click December 1. This lady became incredibly agitated and stated that she would send me a picture of the page I asked her to just cancel the order because I no longer want to deal with it and it was several hours late do not go to this florist there are tons more in town that would be more reliable and better with their customer service who do not blame their customers. The women on the phone said “lady what do you want me to do it’s your fault”. For real go elsewhere
Ok, nice arrangment and friendly staff but the flowers died very quickly had plenty of water in vase the whole time too.

This was my first time using this florist and all I can say is, "What a complete disappointment!" I placed my trust in this florist to deliver what I requested and unfortunately my trust was misplaced. What I ordered/paid for and what was actually delivered were 2 very different arrangements. I also had paid for a balloon as it was for a special birthday occasion and the balloon was completely left off from the order. I had even included notes in the special request section for the balloon and it was still missed. The photo of the beautiful purple arrangement is what I had ordered because it included both the favorite color and flowers of the recipient. The other photo is what was actually received. To me this appears to be the leftover flowers from other arrangements all shoved together. I am embarrassed that someone I care for thinks I willingly sent this. While I understand there may be a need to substitute from time to time, this is a 100% completely different arrangement sent without requesting my permission. Now I will say that when I contacted Kelly, (Nicholasville) she was very professional and courteous and assured me she would find the cause of my situation. I did receive a call back in a timely manner from her and she explained that the branch location (Taylorsville) had no justifiable explanation for completely ruining what should have been a very memorable purchase. While I am supposed to receive a partial credit to my account, the refund of money doesn't fix the fact that someone knowingly did this and thought it was acceptable. It is a shame because they truly have some unique and amazing flower arrangements to offer. I will most definitely be asking a lot more questions the next time I attempt to place an out-of-state order.
