I bought a trailer from them and the title was missing. Now, I understand that if I had the common sense to check before I left, I would have known. I called up to the store and the manager said she would put the title in a folder with my name on it so i could get it on my trip down. I get there, and no one has any idea what i was talking about. I was told that the title was zip tied to the trailer. It was not. Now I have a trailer that is unable to be registered. Thanks Tractor Supply!
customer service of a few lady employees is awful
The whole store is being rearranged so be prepared to look for what you normally could walk in and grab. Still my go to for pet food and farm needs.
