The online process of ordering was great as usual, but there seemed to be a delay in getting the order and it certainly was not the best pizza I've received from our Local Dominos store. I couldn't send feedback as the Pizza Tracker never did acknowledge delivery so it wouldn't let me fill out the feedback form.
Called up on the phone. Ms. Linda took my order. It has been a while since I ate at domino's. But she was the most pleasant, and polite person I ever had to not only take my order, but also gave me the best service. I have called other pizza places, and they seemed like I was either a bother, or they just hate working at a pizza place. Ms. Linda made me feel like I was the first and only customer, more people need to be like that. I am now on my way to pick up this awesome treat, and start getting my grub on. Thanks Domino's, and thank you Ms.Linda.
I order from my app, always. Orders always get here quickly and are done perfectly!!! Plus I get a free pizza with my points earned!! Win/win!!
They staff or manager are not up to making things right when they have messed up order. Will never eat at dominos ever again. They seem not to care if the customer is right. They will argue with you.
Ordered online for in store pick up. My first pizza was fine, but the second had no toppings!! When I called a lady manager actually argued with me instead of being understanding. Then she said she would fix it, but charge me for the toppings. Really? All large 3topping carryout orders are 7.99, so ABSOLUTELY not was I going to pay for their mistake. Food good. Service, not so much.
