Tried to make an order for delivery. That didn't go over so well. I asked them to season the cheesesticks only lightly. For some reason, that request could not be fulfilled. This is the second time Pizza Hut has had a problem with that request. The first time it was the one on Saron Drive. The guy just could not comprehend what I wanted.Take all the seasonings used and only use a little of them. That's it. End of request. He wanted to argue and name off all seasonings used and act like that request was impossible. I just hung up on him because I feared my food being goobered on. I'll never order from Pizza Hut again.Not only was the guy obtuse, he was a jerk.
Hit and miss this place. Sometimes good sometimes not. But bang for the buck it's worth it.
It's Pizza Hut, what could go wrong. But seriously, the food is consistently stellar. Took away one star due to a rude cashier who had trouble providing my daughters special vegetarian order that they have made for us many times. The eventually made the meat free spaghetti after asking to speak to a manager. Other than this one experience, we are usually always pleased.
Visit this location once every 3 months or so. April and Jessica were very helpful and the restaurant was very clean. Best customer service ever and they are fast
