Attention all parents with young kids. Apparently Get Air is under new ownership now and they have changed the rules they've had in place for years. This place is awful and my family will never return. Tonight the disappointment and tears from my 5 year old as we were turned away absolutely broke my heart. We have gone here probably 15 times and had a birthday party here over the course of a few years and were always allowed access to the entire facility. Tonight a very rude lady said he could only stay in the tiny toddler area since he was under 46 inches tall. NEVER has this been an issue in the numerous times we have gone. My son talked about going to Get Air all day long and was so incredibly excited only to be told he couldn't do what he has always done there. Let's just say this Mama bear was quite angry. And to top it off the whole place was empty. What is supposed to be a fun place for kids to go was empty on a Friday night.....I think that speaks volumes. Do not give this business a penny, I hear Sky Zone is better anyways,
Very fun trampoline experience with low cost. Pay 14 dollars for an hour of fun for adults and they have a good ara for younger kids separate from the older group followed by rock climbing wall, foam pit and dodge ball arena
A fun inexpensive place to take your kid and let them get their energy out getting their bounce on! Get Air as well maintained, not usually crowded, and the staff are not overbearing with the kids. Overall they deserve 5-stars.
Everyone was having fun in the toddler section. A female worker said since there wasn't a lot of people there we could jump in the main area. Well as soon as we did so and she left. A male worker was very rude and told us we did not belong in that area and needed to go back in the toddler section. He proceeded to be very rude and disrespectful. Never again! This place is going to lose a lot of service because of him. SkyZone staff is much more respectful.
Great trampoline park with a lot of diversity. The kids really enjoyed the American Ninja style obstacle courses. People and kids there all seemed to have good play etiquette.
