After not using all of our lessons we were originally told that we could get a refund for our unused lessons. When I called to get a refund I was told that too much time had passed since they already closed the books last year they wouldn't honor the request. They said it would be a different story had I called earlier. If you use them, don't buy a package like they push on you to sign like a used car dealership.

This is a GREAT studio! We recently moved to Lexington and are lucky enough to live close-by. The instructors are professional, super dancers and will push each student according to their level of experience. The atmosphere is kind and inviting, and there is a wonderful spirit of comradery and fun amongst the students.
I walked into The Ballroom House almost one year ago. I had a lesson with an instructor named Josh. Fast forward to today ....I'm still taking lessons from Josh, he has done an amazing job teaching me!!! I go to group classes several nights a week. I can't wait for Friday night dance party and I've made a lot of wonderful friends. I HAVE ACTUALLY LEARNED TO DANCE!!!!! I love it even more than I could have imagined.
