Got some good employees now, food is better
Do not normally rate fast food places because well it's fast food not a ton of expectations BUT upon going through the drive thru today you earned 1 star only because 0 isn't an option. 1. I spend 35$ on food and am told that the 3 sauces and 3 horsey sauces are all I'm allowed. I'm charged 1$ for 8 more total that probably brought me to a proper amount for food ordered 2. I don't believe for a second that that measly dollar was rang up. 3. Upon entering the restaurant to get napkins which of course were not offered I realize the sauces are available unlimited quantity inside. Look it's fast food I really don't expect a whole lot but the lady that waited on us was a manager and very abrasive. Lastly when she handed me my drinks she told me to be very careful with them because she didn't want and I quote any situations. Boo to you guys, Pitiful
Good choices. They got the meat.
Bad customer service.didnt ask customer any questions about order.fries was cold and old.they messed in order but still charged for there mistake after good was already paid for.didnt ask if it was for there or to go.never wanted to make sure the customer was satisfied.slow service and personally think this particular Arbys should be shut down or new management and crew should come in.just bad service all the way around.i would go to dairy queen from now on.
