Great food and great staff
Terrible, have to repeat simple orders multiple times and after probably 20 trips bc its within walking distance, theyve probably got my order wrong 15 times. They have also closed 30 minutes early and vocally complain when asked to fix orders they screwed up. McDonalds on Main has 20x the volume of people, gets your order out 10x faster, and I cannot remember ever getting my order wrong.
I come the the south end Nicholasville location every morning. The staff is awesome and makes my food the way I like it. But, these young ladies are overworked, they need another person to help. It is also annoying that their equipment breaks down so I can't what I want sometimes. It happened again today.
Based on quality, they would get a four or five. However, they close before their official closing time and they ALWAYS close down their chocolate machine a solid hour before the restaurant closes. I've even asked them to stop doing this, as my friends and I are regulars, yet they continue to close it way too early. Food quality is always good though.
