Was great! Our server was Jacqueline she was great as well our drinks never went empty. We had a small issue with the biscuits on the bar and she took care of it right away. More of the people that work there need to take lessons from her. To much on there personal phones being used and not working.
This place is absolutely disgusting. Ordered lunch for 2 today, just to open my sandwich and see it had MOLD on the side and edges of it. Horrible!!!! Returned all food and asked for a refund and was promptly given one, no problems there. They didn't even seem to bat an eye at the mold statement. Didn't even ask to see the sandwich. Just refunded money like this is a typical thing. Overlooked our previous visit over a year ago with waitresses arguing on the dining room floor in front of us and tossing ice around. Never going back.
Very very dirty location. Staff left the tables and floors dirty. Walked by the fruit and salad bar and there were gnats in it. We ordered or drinks and then ordered our food. We got water. Plain and simple. Waited 30+ minutes for our food and still didn’t get the drinks. We had to ask for the drinks so we could have it with our food. I looked at our food and the fish, onion rings, chicken tenders and sweet potato fries were over cooked. The onion rings crumbles with a touch and were black, the fish and chicken tenders became shriveled up from over frying. They took back the fish and onion rings and wow the onion rings came out undercooked and the fish was decent. Rarely saw the waitress. Not worth coming to this place.
Every trip great for me. Saw things I could not figure out on menu. Great place. Love the cherry pepsi
Went to eat here a couple of weeks ago with my wife. We had Jacqueline for our server. She was awesome. She was super nice; our drink orders were placed quickly and delivered to the table within a minute. Our food order was then placed, and the food was at the table 10 minutes later. The food was pretty good. This is Frisch's not Ruth Chris. The food was good for what it is. Always enjoy the Big Boy Hamburger. The onion rings are so-so... prefer french fries. My wife enjoyed her meal and got a piece of pie to go.
