I live in Lexington but this is the closest Hardee's to our house. We eat here once every three months over the past eight years. My food has always been hot, and exactly as ordered. The service has always been top notch. I see a lot of complaints about service, but I've never had these kind of issues. Maybe I'm lucky? Will continue to eat at this location.

Terrible management, no employee dedication to excellent service. Food was cold. Just a complete mess !!!!
Bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuits are the best.
Order was simple. One plain hot dog, one 5 price chicken strip combo, one 1/4 lb cheeseburger combo. Hot dog had something on it that was not recognizable as food, no fries with the cheeseburger, chicken strip were not strip but balls. Drinks are self serve so that was right. Food taste was ok.
