The wait time the first time was pretty lengthy (well beyond my initial appointment), but the wait time on the second visit wasn't much. However, the examination room smelled absolutely horrible (a very strong wet dog smell). However, all in all, it was a pretty positive experience!
Been taking all 4 of my dogs (2 doxies, and 2 pit mixes) here since 2013 and they always receive the best care.. The staff know me and my dogs by name and every time I have had to come in. Whether it is for routine checkups to emergency treatment they have been transparent with their fee's, and timely and efficient in their treatment of my babies. Dr. Davis, Dr. Neff, and the entire staff are extremely professional, very caring, and provide top notch care. I never have any fears or doubts when taking my babies there..
Appointment was at 6pm didn't leave until 7pm. Only saw the vet for 10min. The rest of the time I was waiting. Appointment was at 6pm, got there 5min early.
The next time I went, I had a coupon from the PetSmart Adoption Kit. I decided to try it again with my new cat, who I knew needed more than a wellness exam because she was showing signs of illness. The vet this time (Dr. Schofield) was pretty thorough and kept me informed during the whole process. She was very willing to work with me when I asked if we could hold off on diagnostic tests just to see if the antibiotics worked. The office visit would've been $40 alone, which I don't think was too terrible considering there was a somewhat lengthy consultation. Also, she was excellent with my cat who was very scared, which made the process a lot easier for me and the cat.
I have taken both of my cats to this location. The first time I went, I was not at all impressed. It was just a wellness exam and for shots, and the vet did not check the cat's weight and didn't even seem to do a thorough exam beyond that. I can't remember that vet's name.
The Staff was great with my Bella , in our time of distress with her poor eye . The Vet come in was vet careful with my little girl checked her out gave us a care plan and we went from there . My only complaint would be scheduling , I confirmed and appointment for on time then get there and was told my appointment was for another which wasn't the appointment time which was giving or confirmed to me .
