Seemed to have a good selection of cat supplies but I had to go elsewhere because the toy I wanted was out of reach and the only employees that I could find wouldn't help me get it down. The different departments need to learn to work together!
To begin with, I will not be factoring in the grooming salon as I have not used it myself. The selections are decent at best. Staff are ill prepared when shipments come in or cage cleanings are due. We happened to come on one of those days, and were greeted by unfriendly staff. I recall one saying something about the customers becoming a nuisance right in front of us to a fellow coworker. Can’t really blame them though, as it’s most likely a company scheduling issue.
Has really cleaned improved and cleaned up. Great store now.
Good pet store, decent selection, mostly helpful staff. Grooming salon is grossly understaffed, so confused they can't assist people in the order they came in, juggling phones and the dog they are currently working on, not safe. Hearing the resentful tone they talk to eachother cant be a positive and safe working environment.
PetSmart stores are always fun to be in. Seeing the different animals they carry can be quite awesome. Also, you are allowed to bring your own pets into the store. They carry just about anything your pets will need from medications to toys. I think they are a little high on their pricing. They also have pet adoptions at certain times.
