New move to KY. Knew noone. Signed my dog up for neuter 4 months in advance. Didn't have the money to pay in December 2017... McCaw (Sr.) says, "We don't normally do this but I'll let you pay the rest when you get paid." The guy has integrity. I trust him with my service dog. Not to mention the fact that I cussed out the front staff beforehand and the guy still let me pay later. In fact, before I walked out, the guy said, "Don't be harassing my staff while you're here." Pretty stand-up guy, I'd say.
Dedication is the best description I can think of for this group of Veterinarians. I have found that Dr. Banks, Dr. Bill McCaw and Dr. Will McCaw each have their own strengths, but willingly work together to brainstorm when this is needed for any of my pets, or connect me with a specialist if needed. It is also nice to have one vet clinic that can treat both my small and large animals. The entire staff works well together and bends over backwards to be helpful in any way. This has been especially important to me when I have an emergency. This clinic also offers after hours emergency care for established clients and that is a big plus to me since they are already familiar with my pet and know their medical history. I would not hesitate to recommend this vet clinic with 5 stars.
Excellent Veterinary clinic. Professional, friendly staff who made us feel comfortable. My fiance took our new puppy for his first visit today and they were treated with care. We highly recommend.

Extrodinary veterinarians! Each doctor, tech & assistant at McCall Veterinary Clinic are fantastic! They saved the life of our oldest dog & they currently are treating our youngest dog for a serious back injury. Not only do they help our fur babies feel better, but they also give us peace of mind! We rest at ease knowing our fur babies are in such great hands!
